Roof Rack Fairing

The recent redesign of our fairings marks a significant advancement in user experience and versatility. When we launched the roof rack, it wasn't fully upgradable, as the Backbone roof rack system didn’t incorporate the cladding front fairing, requiring customers to purchase a separate piece if they wanted to upgrade. We recognized this as an inconvenience for our customers and have since worked on an improved solution.

Now, if you have the Backbone roof rack, you can easily choose between the flat fairing (FF) or the light bar fairing (FF3), both of which are designed to be compatible with your existing setup. This enhancement provides a seamless transition from the Backbone system to the cladding without the need to buy additional components.

The light bar fairing can support either two round lights (each up to 9.00 inches) centered on the fairing or a 40-inch-wide, 3-inch-tall light bar. It’s designed to keep the light bar below the load area of the roof rack, contributing to an overall sleek appearance.

Both fairings are constructed from durable 11-gauge carbon steel and include a rubber edge trim to protect your vehicle's roof from scratches. The fairings are engineered with strength and longevity in mind, featuring a flat profile that enhances their robustness.

Customers can choose between the standard flat fairing (FF) and the light bar fairing (FF3), both finished in matte black and designed to maintain the integrity of their FJ Cruiser's paintwork. This evolution in our design effectively meets customer needs and demonstrates our commitment to quality and adaptability. Our front fairings will have an orange Boxx decal on them. The decal will be in white and will be placed on the left, over the driver's head area.
