Shipping
Orders are generally shipped via USPS, FedEx, or UPS packages. Larger packages are shipped through Saia Trucking. Unless other arrangements are made, where shipping is not included, you will receive an invoice with the estimated shipping amount. Note that actual costs may vary. Upon completion, you will receive a final shipping invoice with the exact shipping amount. All orders are carefully packaged before they leave our facility. Loss or mishandling of boxes by the carrier is the carrier's responsibility. All claims for damaged or lost goods should be reported to the carrier. All shipments are insured, if your items are damaged please file a claim with the shipping outlet being used. We are not responsible for any Duties or Taxes. We charge Shipping to you, not the taxes or Duties of your Country or state. If you refuse your order's duties and taxes, The package will be abandoned in your country. You will not receive a refund for the order.
- If your item arrives damaged, do not accept delivery without noting it first. If your package is dropped off, notify us as soon as possible. We will need a picture confirmation of the damage
- DO NOT install damaged products. Once the product is installed, we can no longer help with shipping damages.
There are two possible solutions;
- If the item is destroyed beyond usable condition, we can provide a label to return it for rebuilding or repair.
- If the item has minor damage or you wish to repair it yourself, we are happy to assist you in the claims process. Once this option is selected, however, we are not able to accept your product as a return.
Please email us below with your order number, pictures, and a detailed description. We will respond within 36 hours.
RISK OF LOSS
All items purchased from Orange Boxx Fabrication are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This basically means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
Shipping time
Shipping time: When paying for faster shipping, you pay for shipping time only. This does not change lead times. (Processing) See below for lead times.

All paracord grab handles take 4 to 6 weeks before shipping.
Holiday Shipping:
Please add 5 to 10 Business days to shipping times.
No custom cuts, not custom colors 7 to 10 Business days before we ship
Custom color added to stock items 15 to 25 business days
Custom cuts or customizing 5 to 7 weeks before shipping
Custom cuts time does not start until we have customers' approval on our CAD drawings.
Custom cuts with custom colors 6 to 8 weeks before shipping
All rear door fold-downs plus 10 to 13 weeks before we ship
All lead times pending on customer approvals to drawings and confirmation of colors.

Orange Boxx Fabrication products are for off-road use only and have not been approved by the DOT. Any on-road use of Orange Boxx Fabrication products is the purchaser's and/or user's responsibility. Modifications of your vehicle can create dangerous conditions that could cause serious bodily injury or death. Orange Boxx Fabrication assumes no liability for said products, and the buyer and/or users of said products expressly assume all risks associated with any such modifications and or use.
Reproducing or copying terms
By agreeing to the terms and conditions, you also agree not to reproduce or copy any part or product made by OBDF. LLC DBA Orange Boxx Fab or Orange Boxx Fabrication. Doing so can be publishable by a court of law.

US Dollar. List how much the dollar compares to your currency if you need currency. You can look it up on the web.
Payment Options
We accept all major credit cards. All of our sales are processed through PayPal. You do not need an account with PayPal to use our system, which is totally secure. We do not take in-person or over-the-phone orders.
