Returns:
You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
Your item must remain unused and in the same condition as when you received it to be eligible for a return. It must also be in the original packaging.
All returns will be charged a 30% restocking fee, and return shipping is the customer's responsibility.
Any unpainted items painted by the end user cannot be returned after painting.
Items made to order, such as bumpers, custom-colored items, or special requests, are NOT eligible for return.
Your item must include a receipt or proof of purchase. An order number does not serve as proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive your item, it will be inspected. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund using your original method of payment minus the restocking fee and any shipping costs.
The time frame for credit processing varies by your individual card issuer's policies.

Shipping
You are responsible for your own shipping costs when returning your item. The original shipping costs are non-refundable.
WARRANTY
Orange Fabrication does not accept returns unless an item is defective.
Our warranty Covers
All Fold-down products feature buttons. For guidance on how to proceed, please refer to our FAQ section under Warranty questions.
Para-Cord. We warranty all our paracord if it unravels or if the length is incorrect for the part it was sent with.
Foot Pedal - If the foot pedal fails. Failure is defined as pressure applied under regular use, such as the weight of the person driving the vehicle.
Powder Coating: We cover one year after the purchase of the powder coating on our products. The customer will be responsible for the shipping costs for all claims filed after 90 days of purchase. This only covers manufacturing defects and does not cover damages due to improper use, misuse of the product, or defects due to cleaning, disassembling, modifying, or shipping. We also do not cover problems from normal wear and tear, abuse, fire, or acts of God. Don't hesitate to get in touch with customer service for issues with powder.
Our Warranty Does NOT Cover
Defects caused by shipping will need to be processed differently. Please refer to our FAQ section for instructions on how to proceed.
Para-cord Breaking. We use all high-quality 550 US-made paracord. Each part has a weight limit on what it can handle. Please abide by the weight limit per each part. Going above that limit can result in paracord breaking or injury to your person.
Para Cord Shackles are not covered under any warranty.
Foot Pedal—Fitment: All foot pedals are manufactured using the same jig. We do not guarantee the fitment, as it depends on the condition of your vehicle. Accidents and collisions can affect the alignment of the stock studs in your truck, potentially causing our part not to fit correctly. Our part is designed to fit in an unmodified and undamaged vehicle. If you encounter any fitting issues, please contact customer service.
Powder Coating—We do not warranty powder coating on any products installed on the exterior of your vehicle, such as bumpers, roof racks, rock sliders, etc.
Defective -Warranty
If an item is defective, a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) must be granted before the return. Any product that has been altered or found defective due to installation error will not be authorized for return.
