Orders
Orders may only be placed online. Not all products are in stock, and some are built to order. Due to minimal warehouse space, storing many rock sliders and skids is challenging. However, we try to keep all small parts in stock. Once you have placed an order, it cannot be canceled. Sales are final. Our regular business hours are 9:00 AM to 4:30 PM EST, Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays. If you require customer service, don't hesitate to contact us.
Canceling an order
At our custom fabrication shop, we prioritise clarity and customer satisfaction. Please be aware of the following important policies regarding orders:
1. **Order Cancellations**:
A. Before shipping the item. There is a 10% order cancellation charge.
B. If your item is in a color other than black or has a custom cut or design, it cannot be cancelled under any circumstances.
2. **Restocking Fee**:
A. If you refuse the shipment upon receipt or return the item, a 30% restocking fee will apply to the total cost of the order.

Design Improvements
We continually strive to enhance our designs to ensure compatibility and efficiency with your vehicle. Our commitment to innovation allows us to conserve materials while maintaining the same size and functionality as our original designs. You'll find that any changes we implement will only improve performance and fit, ensuring you receive the best product possible. Our focus remains on quality and effectiveness, so you can trust that our upgraded designs will perform just as well, if not better, than the originals.
Redeeming coupons after purchase is paid for
We will no longer issue store credit for missed coupons. Check our FAQ section on how to redeem a coupon. If you contact us on this question, that will be our first question.
Processing and Updating Emails
Due to spatial constraints within our warehouse, all racks are stored in their raw metallic form. Additionally, they require a minimum of ten business days for the powder coating process.
**Your Order Status**
Awaiting Processing:** This status indicates that we have not yet started processing your order. Your order is confirmed and queued in our system, and you should have already received an email with the order instructions.
Processing: Your order is currently being processed. Please refer to the lead times for further information.
If you feel that the processing is taking too long, please email us. However, do not expect a response within 72 hours, as we are currently busy fulfilling other orders. Thank you for your understanding. Once you receive an email response from us, please do not delete it. If you have any other questions, refrain from sending multiple emails about the same order.
Lead times for all orders
Due to spatial constraints within our warehouse, all racks are stored in their raw metallic form. Additionally, they require a minimum of ten business days for the powder coating process.
If you chose a color other than black, please allow approximately 20 business days for the powder coating to be completed and shipped to you. If you decide to change the color after placing your order, the countdown timer resets, giving you a fresh start. Our order forms are designed to help you specify exactly what you want, making it easy to avoid mistakes. If you believe you selected the wrong color, just email us, and we'll gladly update your order to match your preferences.
We are closed during all holidays. This means that if you place an order during a holiday, or if a holiday falls within the waiting period for your parts to be powder-coated, that holiday will not be counted as a day of waiting for your parts to ship. We are humans, just like everyone else, and we enjoy our days off from work.
Custom Orders: All custom orders must be approved by the customer. Production for your custom order begins once you approve the order drawings. After your custom order is completed, our CAD team will contact you within 72 hours during regular business hours (excluding holidays).
We joyfully celebrate all USA holidays! Our holiday schedule begins on October 31 and goes through February 15th. During this festive period, please note that all orders might take a bit longer than usual. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we enjoy this special time.
All rear door or outside fold-downs take 14 weeks to process.
Order updates
If you are the type of person who needs to be updated on backorders all the time, please create an account with us. We are busy doing our best to get everyone's orders out. Our new system allows us to provide updates online, and it is ready for you. While we take every order personally, there simply isn't enough time in the day to keep everyone posted on updates. Please refrain from contacting our social media accounts for order updates. Instead, you should reach out to the sales email for assistance.

Please note that we may not include instructions for every year or model, so it's essential to conduct your own research accordingly.
