Orders may be placed online only. Our regular business hours are 9:00AM to 4:30PM EST, Monday through Friday excluding major holidays. Not all products are in stock and some are built to order. Due to having very limited warehouse space, storing tons of rock sliders and skids is difficult and cannot happen. We do however, try to keep in stock all small parts. In the event we are out of stock you, will receive an email notifying you that the product is on back order.

There are other parts beside the "PSD rack" itself and powder coating that goes with your order. This means that after you have placed your order we have a minimum of two weeks before your order will ship. During Holiday times this may be up to 3-4 weeks for simple orders. We understand you would like an email with an update but to save you money and us time we do not send daily-weekly update emails about your order. We will email you if your order has not shipped within 2 weeks. If you feel the need for additional updates we will be happy to answer you back but please keep in mind that for the time it takes for us to email you is time it takes away from us getting your order out.
