Moments after you hit your payment button on your screen, you will receive an email "from: Ecwid notifications@ecwid.com>." It will read: Files ready for download. This is your instructions being delivered to you. We do not include them in your box. You have a little over 15 years to download them and as many times as you wish. They are in a universal PDF format.

You must provide the email address you used to place your order. From there, you can log onto the website and download the instructions for any product you have purchased from us.
